ANZAC Trail Run.
If motivation was needed to get out for a adventure, live it for these men and woman who gave it all for our freedom!  Thanks Bear Grylls...I read his book once...now if it's rainy and cold that nagging voice is always there! "If it ain't raining, it ain't training!" No excuse even for a quick walk or run! :-D
